Untold numbers of projector brands, domestic and foreign, have devoted considerable resources to this segment in the hope of establishing themselves in it. For historical reasons, the market for this type of projector has long been dominated by Japanese, American and European brands. However, in the past few years, increasing numbers of Chinese brands have begun to make inroads, and recently, BenQ—a world-leading projector brand—officially announced the PX9600 and PW9500 professional large-venue projectors for this market.
