  • 能分析、預測面板的庫存品質以及早調整因應。 
  • 提高庫存利用率,同時滿足生產並控制庫存。 
  • 擺脫面板「清庫存」的宿命,增加政備的空間,開始討論如何「備庫存」。

Projector home market team

  • Contributed concretely to projector market share and growth, and to its large proportion of revenues and profits; entered the B2C market, contributing directly to enhancement of the brand image
  • Approaches for getting closer to customers, strengthening the brand image
  • Cultivating markets, strengthening the brand image


BenQ Asia-Pacific’s Taiwan region projector team

  • Sustain profitable growth, with increases in yearly revenues, market share, and profits over three consecutive years
  • For the first time, surpassed Epson to become the market share leader in the home projector segment, providing a morale boost for the entire regional operation and distributors
  • Taking the home market as a model, meticulously marketed 4P and STP programs, and executed them effectively on the ground
  • Drew on teamwork and resolved customer issues in a timely manner, drawing praise directed to resellers and distributors, rebuilding and deepening customer confidence in the BenQ team


LCD PNL Buy & Sell Team

  • Month-end PNL inventory levels in Q4 lowered from usual 300K to 170K.
  • PNL ADS averaged 18 to 21 days. 
  • Able to analyze, forecast panel inventory quality and quickly adapt to emerging conditions.
  • Raise inventory turnover, satisfying production needs and controlling inventory levels. 
  • Escaped pattern of panel “inventory clearance”, increasing room for offensive inventory use, began discussing how to “prepare inventory”.
