【myDream‧myLife】跑起來計畫 Enjoy Running夢想起跑 ([myDream•myLife] BenQers get some exercise together as they pursue their life’s dream)


從10月開始,每個週五晚上BenQer們都聚在一起,參加跑起來計畫。教練親自指導告訴大家如何練習呼吸、熱身、核心訓練、跑步技巧說明、跑步團練、收操,所有參加跑起來計畫的BenQ同仁都在活動中增進身體健康、培養出更多和夥伴的感情。

Beginning in October, BenQers have been gathering on Friday evenings to participate in an exercise program that features a group run. A coach instructs everyone on how to control our breathing, warm up properly, perform core training. He explains some running tips, leads the run itself, and teaches us some cool-down exercises. All the BenQers who participated in the program improved their health, and everyone was brought closer together and built more team spirit.
