BenQ China【明基大學•貓盟實操成長記】(Interns from Tmall distributors learn the trade at BenQ)


貓盟實操第一波經銷商學員已經在BenQ學習接近一個月了,在實操過程中真正的做到及時解決每天遇到的問題。

從最初的電商基礎知識為主,幫助新開店的經銷商夥伴建立電商運營的基本概念,到目前已經能夠獨立的操盤單產品運營線上店鋪活動。
曾經在短短2周的時間中,經銷商天貓新開店的銷售額就成長了近8倍,訪客量增長到300+,實操期間的銷售額占到單月的近85%,實操學習的效果非常明顯!

在緊張實操之余,經銷商夥伴也會利用空餘時間出去走走感受蘇州的風土人情,做到學習娛樂兩不誤!


The first class of interns from Tmall distributors have been learning at BenQ for nearly a month. During their internships, they have gained the know-how to actually resolve the issues they encounter each day.

With a focus on fundamental electronics shop know-how, the training helps newly opened distribution partners to build basic concepts about operating an electronics business, and at this point they can handle selling to single-product online storefronts on their own.

At one point, during a mere two weeks, distributors’ new Tmall store sales volume grew by nearly 800%, while customer numbers increased to more than 300. During their internship, sales volume accounted for nearly 85% of the month’s sales, making the effect of the training exceptionally clear.

For a respite from the intense training, the distributor interns use time off to go out and enjoy the local ambience of Suzhou, making their time here both educational and recreational.
