After introducing our short-throw home projectors late in 2012 to a positive response and establishing BenQ as the market leader in the category, we followed up with three all-new models in Q4 2013: the W1500, W1400, and W1300 3D Full HD Blu-ray home theater short-throw projectors. With these new projectors, consumers can enjoy 3D Full HD visuals in either a small bedroom or a large living room. What’s more, there is no need to alter the physical arrangement of the rooms, as these projectors can be freely adjusted to project from different locations, providing a much more flexible solution. The new projectors include in the W1500 a model that is the world’s first projector to incorporate 5GHz wireless 3D Full HD video transmission technology, which allows it display wirelessly transmitted uncompressed 3D/2D Full HD video with audio, giving consumers a stunning viewing and listening experience while sparing them the hassles of connecting cables. The new W1300 and W1400 retain all the appeal of their predecessors in the short-throw home projector series while offering upgraded 1.5x to 1.6x zoom lens technology.
