BenQ & Qisda 首場校園徵才在台大！ (BenQ and Qisda’s first campus recruiting effort of the year takes place at National Taiwan University)

明基與佳世達今年再次聯手舉辦台大校園徵才活動：今年主題以「發現未來的你」為號召廣大青年才俊，今年也採取與往年不同的作法，以播放小劇場的方式來深化求職者對於明基與佳世達的認識及瞭解，創造雙向交流管道與機會。於活動進行中特闢一單元：職涯Q&A，藉此針對年輕人求職上的疑惑進行個別解析，藉此解說單元，不僅可以創造求職者對明基與佳世達之好印象，亦可以協助他們找到合適的工作。
另外HR亦會針對重點學校之畢業生，予以特別關懷與照顧，未來能繼續與他們保持聯絡。於活動結束後，針對合適對象且短期內可以就業者；會儘速進行職缺面試推薦與安排！


BenQ and Qisda joined forces once again this year to organize a campus recruiting event at National Taiwan University. The theme used to attract a broad range of young talent this year was “Discovering your future self”. This year we adopted a different approach from past years’, using screenings of short films to deepen job-seekers’ familiarity with and understanding of BenQ and Qisda, while creating a channel for interaction with them. During the event, we organized a special career-themed Q&A session. Through this Q&A session, we were able to offer answers to the questions that young graduates-to-be had about employment. This session not only created a favorable impression of BenQ and Qisda among the job-seekers, but also helped them find the right job for themselves.


In addition, going forward HR will give special attention to graduates of key schools, establishing avenues for continuing contact with them in the future. After the campus recruitment events conclude, we will target promising candidates who can begin working in the near term, offering recommendations for employment interviews and making scheduling arrangements as quickly as possible.
