BenQ持續在歐洲投入企業社會責任行動 (BenQ Europe continuous donations to educational institutions)

BenQ持續在歐洲投入企業社會責任行動，向教育機構進行捐贈與贊助的活動，透過此一行動，在中歐、東歐等開發中的國家提供孩子們更好的教育。


Because it matters. Our commitment to corporate social responsibility concerns that BenQ is dedicated to doing more for people, the society at large. This includes not only the people who use BenQ’s products and services, but all the people in the world today. So exactly one year ago, BenQ Europe and BenQ Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) joint forces and launched their own CSR donation project whereas BQE had the means and BQcee had the contacts. The core purpose of this project is to donate BenQ products to educational institutions in need located in less economically developed countries so that eager-to-learn children there will also get their education in more enhanced visualised way.

Many refurbished LCD monitors and projectors were not needed anymore for the service buffer stock and BenQ CEE office had some contacts with educational institutions in less economically developed countries, mainly east side of Central and Eastern Europe region but also extended contacts in Africa and Asia. After running this CSR donation project for one year now, already 92 projectors and 143 LCD monitors found their useful destinations at elementary schools, high schools, colleges, universities or even orphanages in less economically developed countries like Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldavia, Romania and Serbia in Central and Eastern Europe, but also Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique and Uganda in Africa and Cambodia, Indonesia and Philippines in Asia.

And more donations to follow; as BenQ Europe and BenQ CEE would like to give out more products, as 99 projectors and 26 LCD monitors are awaiting to have a new purpose by upgrading educational institutions in less economically developed countries so that children can get a better education. Because this matters to BenQ, as education is the basis for a good future.
