感謝BenQ內部講師 教師節快樂！(Happy Teachers’ Day to BenQ’s own lecturers)

為了表彰在公司授業傳承、熱情付出的內部講師們，每年教師節，公司都會舉辦年度教師感謝會，並邀請去年9/28至今年9/28期間曾開課的講師們，一同共襄盛舉。BenQ一直有系統的協助優秀人才在公司內部發揮知識分享與傳承，從「自己的東西自己教」開始，形成BenQ重要的核心價值。透過內部講師制度，專業知識與經驗得以有效傳承，並在講授過程中，幫助同仁自我成長！謝謝這一群辛苦付出的BenQ內部講師！

In order to show our gratitude to BenQ’s own lecturers, who so enthusiastically provide instruction, we hold a teacher appreciation event on Teachers’ Day each year, inviting all the teachers who have taught courses since the previous year’s Teachers’ Day. BenQ has always maintained a well-organized infrastructure for helping outstanding employees share their expertise and pass on their know-how, beginning with “Teach What You Do”, and this has become an important value at BenQ. Through the internal lecturing system, professional knowledge and experience can be effectively shared and preserved, and in the process of giving courses, lecturers can help colleagues to develop their own personal potential.
