蘇州院區給爸媽的第一堂鋼琴課”圓滿結束
6月6日，由蘇州秦之芳音樂藝術中心舉辦的“給爸媽的第一堂鋼琴課”在蘇州明基醫院開展，本次課堂秦嘉暉博士與現場的爸爸媽媽及小朋友們一起分享自己一路上在學習和教學上的心路歷程及經驗。
蘇州院區集團中醫見面會
6月6日，蘇州明基醫院中醫科走進佳世達集團，與集團員工及員工家屬進行面對面的交流會。在本次義診中，部分員工的子女患有小兒久咳不愈，周春祥主任為他們進行把脈並根據實際情況提出了中醫調理等相關建議。
蘇州院區6月孕媽咪課堂圓滿結束
6月13日，蘇州明基醫院每月一次的孕媽咪課堂圓滿舉行，本次課堂共吸引近120名准爸爸、准媽媽們前來聆聽。
蘇州院區急診支援友達、佳世達集團戶外登山作醫療保障
6月11日至13日，友達光電與佳世達電通組織員工進行戶外登山活動，蘇州明基醫院急診科陳宥任醫師與汪虎醫師分別作為醫療保障支援。長期的工作又缺鍛煉的“辦公室一族”們在本次的戶外活動中給急診科的醫師們帶來緊急考驗。
蘇州院區急診大量病患沉著應對 彰顯明基急診效率傑出
6月12日上午8時，一輛滿載著14位駕校學員的中巴車發生車禍，14位車上的駕校學員遭受了不同程度的傷害。事故發生後，蘇州明基醫院急診科接到命令立即出車。短短半小時，第一輛救護車便火速將其中7位傷患送達急診科。時至上午11時，這起意外交通事故的所有傷患都得到了最佳照護，該清創的清創，該補液的補液，該手術的手術，該住院的住院，充分體現了蘇州明基醫院在急重症搶救處理過程中的高度整合與傑出效率。
Recruiting open house announcement
Another recruiting open house is upcoming! Following the first recruiting open house held last year, we are working once again with health care portal website DXY to create a special event space in the Suzhou BenQ Medical Center. The space provides potential employees with a 360° view with no blind corners, and a place where they can meet face-to-face with members of the core team, submit resumes, have job interviews, and sign employment agreements. Job-seekers can personally experience the unique Taiwanese health care philosophy and humanistic care approach. They can also observe first-hand BenQers’ workplace, learning environment, and fulfilling lifestyle—gaining some insight into the reasons why Suzhou BenQ Medical Center has achieved an average 20% annual growth in services rendered.
Suzhou BenQ Medical Center hosts event on music education
On June 6, a Suzhou musical arts center organized the “The first piano lesson for parents” class at Suzhou BenQ Medical Center. During this class, Dr Qin Jia-hui shared his experiences in learning and teaching music with the assembled parents and children.
Suzhou BenQ Medical Center holds meet-up event on traditional Chinese medicine at Qisda
June 6 marked the date when the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine went to the Qisda Group to talk face-to-face with employees and members of their families. At the event, it was learned that the children of some employees were suffering from a nagging cough. Department head Zhou Chen-xiang examined the children and based on their condition made some recommendations based on traditional Chinese medicine principles.
Suzhou BenQ Medical Center holds June class for expectant mothers
On June 13, Suzhou BenQ Medical Center held its monthly class for pregnant women and their partners. This month, the class drew nearly 120 fathers-to-be and mothers-to-be.
Suzhou BenQ Medical Center provides emergency medical care for AUO and Qisda Group mountaineering activity
From June 11 to 13, AU Optronics and Qisda employees took part in a mountaineering activity. Suzhou BenQ Medical Center Critical Care Department physicians Chen Yu-ren and Wang Hu provided medical support. The participating office workers, who work long hours and lacked training, provided a test of the doctors' emergency care expertise.
Suzhou BenQ Medical Center’s calm handling of large number of patients demonstrates outstanding critical care capabilities
At 8 o’clock on June 12, a bus carrying 14 students was involved in a traffic accident. The students suffered injuries of varying severity, and after the incident, Suzhou BenQ Medical Center's Critical Care Department received directives to send ambulances. In just half an hour, the first ambulance had brought seven of the injured students to the emergency room. By 11 o’clock, all of those injured in the traffic accident had received the best care, with their wounds cleaned, blood transfusions completed, surgical procedures performed, and beds found for those who needed to be hospitalized. The incident amply demonstrated the exceptional teamwork and outstanding efficiency with which Suzhou BenQ Medical Center is able to handle a sudden influx of patients in serious condition.
