一個下午的時間,豐富內容激盪講師與來賓們自身經驗累積所衍伸創新的企業基因。在意猶未盡的掌聲中,本次創新管理論壇——台北站與桃園站圓滿結束。
BenQ Guru, a professional enterprise human resource information services vendor, joined with innovation management experts to hold seminars on how to use digitalized corporate training to spark workforce innovation. Held in Taipei on 5 July and Taoyuan on 24 July, the seminar’s exciting content included a presentation by Kainan Graduate Institute of Innovation and Project Management chairman Meng-Jong Kuan and IIEBD vice chairman Professor Luo Fa-sheng on how innovation can create a win-win for both employees and businesses. In another presentation, Taoyuan County Human Resource Management Association director Sheng–Ying Tang shared practical tips on how to take advantage of government resources and the application of TTQS to increase the competitiveness of a company’s talent. A third presentation featured BenQ Guru’s senior HCM product manager Su Mu-hui discussing how digitalized corporate training programs can be combined with strategic corporate refactoring to drive industry innovation. The seminars provided a unique opportunity for participants to exchange views and know-how regarding human capital and innovation management that they had accumulated over the years.
During the afternoon, the wide-ranging content proved inspirational to both speakers and attendees as valuable first-hand experiences with business innovation were shared. To the sound of enthusiastic applause, the seminars in Taipei and Taoyuan drew to a satisfying close.
