明基三豐參與CMEF展會 盛況空前 (BenQ Medical Technology Corporation attend CMEF)
CMEF國際醫療器械博覽會是全世界領先的醫療保健展, 今年於中國展出,是目前規模最大的醫療設備展,這次於在亞太地區的深圳(臨近香港)吸引超過60,000人次。並吸引了2000多名參展商來自21個國家以及13個國家的展團。明基三豐此次參加CMEF 春季展,盛況空前,吸引了大量的客戶且展出順利!

CMEF is considered the leading Healthcare trade show in China and is now the largest Medical Equipment exhibition in the Asia Pacific region attracting over 60,000 visitors. The exhibition takes place in Shenzhen near Hong Kong and attracts over 2000 exhibitors from 21 countries as well as 13 national country pavilions. BenQ Medical Technology Corporation attend CMEF in this Spring, attracting a large number of customers and successfully exhibited.
CMEF 2012 will showcase a vast array of different medical technologies including: medical electronics equipment, optical equipment, dental equipment, radioactive equipment, ultrasonic equipment, diagnostic and therapeutic instruments, physiotherapy/orthopaedic technology, lab equipment, commodities and consumer goods for surgeries and hospitals, rescue and emergency equipment, medical furniture and equipment, medical magazines and services.Through those exhibits, represented CMEF even more exciting.

To announce our tie-up with new distributor, SIS Technology and meet with channel partners, BenQ Middle East held a dealer convention in Beirut, Lebanon on 11th April. Over 120 Lebanon 3C first/second tier dealers, wholesalers, retailers and system integrators attended this event. BenQ Middle East showcased wide range of BenQ products, including LCD monitors, projectors, digital cameras and camcorders. With this opportunity, we not only build direct relationship with second tier channel partners but also enhance their brand preference and confidence toward BenQ.
GP2在印度媒體獲得關注 (GP2 on Indian TV News and 3C Review Programs)

After the product launch event in March, BenQ India continue to work with media to promote GP2 mini projector. GP2 was exposed in five TV programs of NDTV 24X7, NDTV Profit, ET Now, News X and P7 Hindi Channel. All the GP2 main features were introduced in detail in the one to two-minute films, including iPhone/iPod universal dock, mobile palm size, various multimedia connectivity, LED light source and brightness and so on.

BenQ投出超擬真銷售美女 (Virtual Promoter Powered by BenQ Projector in Turkey)
BenQ近日與土耳其伙伴及Intel合作,推出虛擬銷售員的創新點子。利用五部MX812ST,能夠投影出逼真的銷售員解說Intel產品功能,藉由把這項點子落實到零售市場,或許也能增加消費者對BenQ產品的認同。
Using BenQ projectors, BenQ Turkey worked with their solution partner and Intel to present an interesting application at Teknosa retail stores in Turkey. 5 sets of MX812ST are utilized to project virtual promoters introducing Intel products in the stores for now, and there are 45 more sets confirmed to be built up at Teknosa soon. BenQ Turkey sold our projectors to Intel and is discussing with them to add "Powered by BenQ" on the kiosks. It is a very practical and interesting application, we expect more virtual promoters powered by BenQ projectors to be setup in retail markets, and maybe elaborating BenQ products.

BenQ Turkey hosted an interesting blogger activity – Cupcake workshop on the 1st of May. 9 bloggers writing about traveling, food/cooking, technologies, fashion were invited; their blogs are visited by 45K people daily, and with 27K people following their twitters. Those bloggers were invited to experience BenQ DSCs, especially GH700, and baked cupcake on site! Through this interesting yet practical workshop, bloggers tried out BenQ DSCs in a relaxing atmosphere, and recorded the activity, and informed their friends and followers the lovely features of BenQ DSC on their social media networks. BenQ Turkey successfully promote our DSC with local culture (Turk like cooking) and let more people know BenQ and LIKE BenQ Turkey fan page!

The technical journalist, Mr. Yoshiji Nishikawa, introduced XL2420T in very details, and appreciated its display mode, pre-set game mode, high contrast, Eco power-saving, S Switch and Black eQualizer. He recommended XL2420T as the best quality gaming display.
RL2450H was also introduced by Mr. TypeNemuke, who is one of a Japanese SC2 pro gamer. The review highlights BenQ RL2450H as the best match gaming monitor for RTS game, which comes with RTS mode, Black eQualizer that make it an professional gaming monitor.

BenQ電競螢幕在東南亞舉辦媒體活動(XL/RL-series Media Event in Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia)
近日BenQ電競螢幕在東南亞舉辦媒體活動,在菲律賓網咖舉辦的電競活動吸引了42家線上、實體媒體及部落客前來參加。以星海爭霸和CS2兩款知名遊戲現場操作,展現BenQ電競螢幕的產品實力。
同時,我們也在越南舉行吸引電競玩家的相關活動,邀請電競隊伍Starboba分享經驗並經過遊戲來體驗BenQ XL/RL電競顯示器產品。
除此之外,BenQ XL/RL電競顯示器也在印尼巴里島和泗水推出,期望藉由電競相關活動放大品牌聲量,使媒體與經銷商留下深刻印象。
XL/RL-series Media Event in Philippines
On 27th April, the last but not least gaming LCD launch event at Manila Mineski gaming café in Philippines had attracted 42 online and print media, also bloggers to join. Besides unveiled and showcased the products, we also had Mineski Star Craft II team to elaborate XL/RL benefits and their experience of BenQ gaming monitors. To let media real experience XL/RL's fantastic features, the Star Craft II and Counter Strike tournament were conducted, and 24 media friends fought to win XL2420T and RL2450H. The launch event was quiet successful, we not only impressed audience by pro-gamer's experience sharing and mini gaming contest, but also collected 19 media clipping so far, and expected to reach more than 30 exposures.
Target at Gamers - Gaming Media Gathering in Vietnam
On 20th of April, BenQ hosted a gaming media gathering to promote XL & RL-series in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We had our event in HD internet café and invited Vietnam hero e-sports team "Starboba", to share their experience with BenQ gaming monitors with media. There were 18 online gaming portals and bloggers attended, and we earned 24 media clippings so far. During the event, our gaming monitors were demonstrated with the most popular game titles including DotA, Counter Strike and StarCraft II lively on-site, and participants experienced the excellent features of XL/RL-series.
XL/RL-series Launch in Bali and Surabaya in Indonesia
Following the product launch in Jakarta, in April, BenQ Singapore also arranged two events at Meritus LJ Conference Room in Surabaya and The Stones in Bali respectively. Up to 30 local editors, journalist, and 130 dealers participated the events, where Edwin from XCN, the local gaming team sponsored by BenQ, demonstrated our XL/RL-series. Audience were much impressed by his experience sharing and on-site live demonstration, which enable them to know more about BenQ gaming monitors. Overall the events gathered positive feedbacks and media and dealers had experienced BenQ's powerful gaming functions.

To continuously enhance XL2420T's preference and reach more gamers, RO cooperated with nVIDIA in April when they're launching new GeForce GPU. Launch Seminar to channel partners, and Experience Day to game/IT forums were planned by nVIDIA in Indonesia and Thailand respectively. 4pcs of XL2420T were demonstrated in 3-plus-1 output mode: 3 monitors were used to showcase Battle Field 3 3D effect, while another 1 was for gamer to simultaneously check strategies or status. XL2420T's 3D performance, slim bezel, eQualizer and gaming settings were much appreciated by gamers. Though this kind of joint promotion, BenQ not only expanded reach to potential buyers, but also gained positive feedbacks from dealers and gamers which for sure will strengthen our professional gaming LCD brand image.
In Bangkok Thailand, Launch Seminar was held at Retro Live Café on 19th April, and besides XL2420T, we also had RL2240H demonstrated with DotA the most popular RTS game title; thanks to our distributor, DCOM's arrangement. XL/RL POSM and brochure were there to help users better understand key gaming features.
Experience Day was held at Buritara Resort and Spa on 19th April, 70+ gamers and PC enthusiasts from 3 major IT forums including Vmodtech, Complete-tv and Techxcite were invited. BenQ Thailand Sales & Marketing Director, Pattakorn was invited to give a presentation on BenQ gaming monitors. We also loaned two 3D projectors to playback videos.
In Jakarta Indonesia, 110 power users and gamers from the tier-one forums like Jagat Review, Gamexeon, Kaskus, CHIP and so on were invited on 14th April Experience Day in Novotel Hotel Mangga Dua Square. The pro-gamer, Edwin from XCM team sponsored by BenQ gave very detailed demonstration and introduction on XL2420T. Crowd was excited with BenQ gaming features and one GL22" LCD was given as lucky draw prize.

BenQ把握泰國及菲律賓線上遊戲用戶增加的機會,在D-Sports Games等各大網咖衝出針對RTS遊戲的RL系列電競顯示器銷量,也期望藉此吸引當地的隱性消費者,再創銷售佳績。
Taking the opportunities of booming gaming cafés, around 2K BenQ RL-series were sold and installed at D-Sports Games in Thailand and Mineski in Philippines in past few weeks. In those countries, RTS games like DotA are quite popular and young people usually play game with friends at gaming café, where better bandwidth and facility are offered. BenQ seize the market trend and approach the shop owners with RL-series' fantastic gaming features; which not only help the gaming cafés to outstand from the crowd and attract customers, but also bring more BenQ awareness to the potential buyers.
D-Sports Games Till now, 1,702 pcs of RL2240H were installed in their 35 gaming cafés. We foresee 20K sales in 2012, with 400 gaming cafés planned by DCOM, and each shop is with around 50 to 80pcs of RL2240H.

BenQ China organized a training program with the aim of better attuning the organization to the needs of the mass retailer market, which can then drive the realization of BenQ’s dream of becoming an international brand. BenQ總部同仁們在4/28前往關渡親山步道踏青健行。一如往常的一天,原陰雨綿綿的日子裡,太陽公公給了我們一點小驚喜,雖然短暫的露面,卻給了我們一天難得的好天氣。大家帶著難得的好天氣,一路開拔往關渡親山步道前進。
On 28 April, colleagues at BenQ headquarters ventured to Guandu not far from Taipei to enjoy a hike in the mountains. As has so often happened on these outings, a drizzly day was brightened by a surprise appearance of the sun. Although the sunshine was brief, it brought excellent weather. Everyone took delight in the conditions as they enjoyed the sights on their relaxing hike.

BenQ is devoting effort to building an image as the brand for professional gaming monitors. This month BenQ joined with gaming equipment manufacturer Zowie Gear to invite Aphrodite, the 22-year-old StarCraft II world champion from Korea, to visit Taiwan. Blessed with striking looks and extraordinary skills, Aphrodite has won two of the most important international women’s StarCraft II championship titles. In addition, in 2012 she joined BenQ’s professional gaming team, Star Tale, as well as becoming the spokesperson for BenQ’s RL gaming monitor series. Aphrodite made a special trip to Taiwan to take part in a media Q&A session, as well as make three public appearances over the weekend on 21 and 22 April in northern, central, and southern Taiwan, where she was able to personally greet her many fans in Taiwan.

西班牙部落客評測BenQ GH700(Our second DSC Product Review in Spanish)
一位西班牙消費者針對各廠牌相機在部落格上發表評測,BenQ GH700也名列其中,高感光、長焦鏡頭、HDR模式多獲好評,也因為體貼消費者的價格廣被接受。
This review was done by an end user blogger, who loves to compare different point and shoot cameras. He keeps posting pictures with different models and likes talking about the different effects.
In his review, the most important features were:
•The high zoom of the GH700 allows you to take a Picture with low vibration levels
•Good night shooting camera without the need of a tripod due to its system of combining different pictures and create one optimized picture.
• The HDR is great because shows the details of the clear and dark parts in a picture, because it combines 2 pictures with different expositions and offers the best.
•The reviewer recommends the camera because it has all the new features of the new Point and Shoot advanced cameras within a reasonable price.
BenQ瓜地馬拉通訊展(Q1 Central America Events- Telecom event in Guatemala by Isertec- April 2012)
我們在四月時前往瓜地馬拉參加通訊展,會中展出BenQ投影機及顯示器的影音解決方案、並針對兩類不同族群介紹GH700及LM100兩款相機。
What: we presented integrated solutions for videoconferences,telecommunications and energy protection.
Attendees: 290 people attended (IT managers, purchase managers and company owners, private companies, banking, government and universities.
How: we had a BenQ stand with MP780ST for meeting rooms, GP2 for executives that look for mobility, MS612ST for marketing companies and our Document Camera as a complement to meeting rooms and universities. For cameras, we focused on
GH700 for executives/managers, LM100 for people that do practical jobs and LT100 for marketing agencies.
Result: database collected of 25 people to be followed for projector businesses.

從4/15起,BenQ Latin America的facebook粉絲專頁推出第一個遊戲來擴散涵蓋範圍,這款以GH700為主題的遊戲將以實體贈獎的方式吸引更多粉絲與互動!
BenQ Latin America has a new look in Facebook starting in April 1st. Keeping with the social media fever, BenQ decided to try a new look fresh, funny and related to the Latin culture. The tabs were redesign and the first game is already active, starting the first one in April 15th with the GH700.
Based on the game winners and number of shares, the main winners will get our GH700. This project will continue until September, 2012. In June 15th, the next game is GP2 and we’ll give away more prizes!

BenQ China recently introduced two wireless mouse models—the ME650 with its swappable colored shells, and the ME318 with its distinctive coloring—which have proven popular among trend-conscious users. The ME650 comes dressed up in a brilliantly colored shell, and comes with two additional shells, letting users swap shells according to mood and personal preference. Available colors include peachy red, tranquil blue, and lemon yellow. A light press of the button on the tail end of the mouse releases the shell for quick swapping.

BenQ China formally announced in late April that it is introducing its next-generation entry-level projector, the MS502, as a replacement for the MS500+, which has long been the most intently followed projector among China’s IT professionals and in the online community. 2012 BET全國電競巡迴賽賽程過半 BENQ TFE勇奪三連冠 (2012 BET national gaming tournament series passes halfway point; BENQ TFE winner of three consecutive championships)
由BenQ贊助的BenQ 5Eplay全國電競巡迴賽, 全國六站巡迴賽事已過半,BENQ TFE職業電競隊繼前兩站(上海、武漢)奪冠後,穩紮穩打,在4月21日舉行的西安站線下決賽中繼續奪魁!BenQ 5Eplay全國電競巡迴賽還剩最後3站線下比賽, 電競的戰火下一站將燒到火辣辣的成都。讓我們共同期待!
The BenQ-sponsored BenQ 5Eplay national gaming tournament series, which encompasses six events in six locations in China, has already passed the halfway point, and the BenQ TFE professional gaming team with its steady play won the championship at the Xian tournament on 21 April, after winning in the first two events (in Shanghai and Wuhan). The final three events still remain to be contested, with the next one set to take place in Chengdu.
