To help consumers quickly grasp how to use our Android TV dongle, BenQ's team observed consumers' usage habits and produced an instructional video. The video begins with unpacking the box, and covers operating the dongle and using it to watch favorites, with special instructions added for Apple device users. The hope was that by showing things from a user perspective, the videos will enable consumers to quickly learn how to use the JD-150 after buying one, making using a television at home to view online video just as easy as on a tablet.
