源自哈佛大學商學院培訓課程的Moment of truth關鍵時刻培訓。一個優質的關鍵時刻由“探索”、“提議、“行動”、“確認”四個步驟組成,只有將每個步驟都做到極致,才能為客戶提供最好的服務,也就才可以為客戶,為我們自身,為公司創造出最大的價值。
The training coursework for entry-level administrators in 2015 successfully concluded on July 25. Future administrators participated in lively interaction with lecturers in a convivial atmosphere, not only achieving personal growth but also greatly enhancing communications between various departments.
The “Moment of Truth” technique developed at the Harvard Business School was part of the training. A high-quality “moment of truth” should be composed of the four steps of “examine”, “propose”,”act”, and “verify”. Only if these four steps are completed in a thorough manner can customers be provided with the best service, and can we create the greatest value for them, for ourselves, and for the company.
