明基醫院七月兩院區新人訓 (Training for new employees at both BenQ Medical Centers takes place in July)

7月是畢業季的開始，明基醫院南京院區與蘇州院區於7月下旬先後開展了新人培訓。
南京、蘇州院區的學員在分別在分享明基友達公益基金會視頻觀後感時，感同身受，剛剛拿起話筒便熱淚盈眶，大家受到了這樣情緒的感染，感覺到公益的確勢在必行。
兩天的時間雖然不長，但是大家都從愉快的氛圍中得到講師以及其他新晉同仁珍貴的知識、經驗的分享，收獲頗豐。

July marks the beginning of the graduation season, and both Nanjing BenQ Medical Center and Suzhou BenQ Medical Center conducted training for new employees late in the month.
After a video from the BenQ Foundation was shared with trainees, they were given an opportunity to talk about their reactions. Many were moved to tears, and everyone was overcome with a vivid sense of the importance of charitable work.
Although the two days over which the training was conducted was not a long period of time, we gained much from the lecturers and the knowledge and experiences shared by our new colleagues, all in a pleasant atmosphere.
