JCG Grand Championship 2014 - January 26th in Tokyo
To penetrate competitive gaming market further, BenQ Japan started the cooperation with JCG (Japan Competitive Gaming) since 2013 and support JCG to host tournaments regularly. JCG Grand Championship was hosted by Milestone at JCG studio Tokyo on January 26th and covered SCII and LOL competitions. BenQ Japan supplied 16 units of XL2420TE for competition and donated one unit as prize. Over 70 attendees were attracted to physical events and 45,859 viewers were reached via Live Streaming.
Corsair Launch Event – January 30th in Tokyo
With high brand awareness in Japan gaming market, BenQ Japan received many inquiries from relevant brands for further cooperation. Corsair is a global company bringing innovative, high-performance components to the PC gaming market. Specializing in very high performance memory, ultra-efficient power supplies, and other key system components. Since the target audience is the same as ours, BenQ Japan supplied 3 units of XL2420TE to Corsair Japan for new product launch at Akihabara on January 30th. Corsair Japan invited 13 media to attend this product launch event; XL2420TE was demonstrated with BattleField 4 to show the good performance for gamepaly.
