南京院區已成為安徽省全椒縣新農合定點聯網醫院，即日起患者來院就診可直接刷卡結算，報銷比例與當地醫院相同。
全椒距南京院區約45分鐘車程；該縣新農合參保人數為33.8萬人。據瞭解2014年該縣新農合轉外就診的醫療費用約1.3億元，南京的聯網醫院只有2家，我院是其中一家；醫保辦已在全椒全面開展相關拓展業務，目前縣衛生局政務大廳8小時不間斷、迴圈播放我院的宣傳片；後續醫保辦會在院內進一步宣導全椒就醫、結算政策；並邀請全椒縣人民醫院、縣中醫院相關科室主任與我院的對接科室互動，屆時還請各科室給予大力支持與配合；請臨床秉承“四合理”原則為全椒新農合患者作好服務！
4月2日上午11時許，南京院區成功接診安徽全椒首例轉診患者。患者系中年男性，因車禍外傷感頭暈頭痛一天由全椒縣人民醫院轉至我院。到院後，急診科快速檢診，迅速邀請神經外科楊天明主任、呂忠中醫師在CT室進行聯合會診，經過充分病情評估，以“急性重型閉合性顱腦損傷”收入SICU監護治療，從入院到收入病房僅耗時30分鐘，實現了院前-急診-病房綠色通道的無縫連接。截至4月3日上午10時，患者生命體征平穩。此案例標誌著我院與安徽全椒醫療合作正式啟動，相信我院各臨床科室能以此為契機，嚴格落實三合理及全椒醫保政策要求，為全椒患者提供優質、快速、可負擔的醫療服務，不斷提高我院在全椒地區的影響力，實現醫院穩定、快速發展。
醫務處、醫保辦及行政一處派員到場協助處理，充分體現了醫療與行政團隊的配合日益默契，達到了良好效果。
Nanjing BenQ Medical Center has already been designated a network hospital in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in Anhui Province, Quanjiao County, and henceforth patients can use their payment cards to pay their bills for hospital visits, and the payment coverage will be identical to that for local hospitals.
Quanjiao is located about 45 minutes from Nanjing BenQ Medical Center by car. Around 338,000 people are enrolled in the province's New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System. Figures show that medical expenses for referral patients under this province's New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in 2014 amounted to 130 million yuan. There are only two Nanjing hospitals that are New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System network hospitals, with BenQ’s being one of these. Enrollment in health insurance has now been fully implemented in Quanjiao, and currently a loop of our publicity video is broadcast continuously eight hours every day in the lobby of the Anhui Province Department of Health's administration building. Going forward, health insurance enrollment will be further publicized in the hospital itself, providing information on government policy on obtaining health care and medical care bill payment. In addition, we are facilitating exchanges between the heads of relevant departments at Quanjiao County People's Hospital and Quanjiao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and their counterparts at BenQ Medical Center. We are also requesting that all departments fully support the effort and work together to make the program a success as we serve Quanjiao New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System patients.
At around 11 o’clock on the morning of April 2, Nanjing BenQ Medical Center admitted the first patient transferred from Quanjiao. The patient was a middle-aged man who had been suffering for a day from dizziness and headaches after a traffic accident. He was transferred to our hospital from Quanjiao County People's Hospital. Once admitted, he was examined by emergency room staff, who quickly requested that Department of Neurosurgery head Yang Tian-ming and physician Lu Zhong-zhong conduct a joint diagnosis in the CT room. After thoroughly assessing the patient’s condition, he was admitted into the SICU ward for “acute severe craniocerebral trauma”. From the time he was admitted to the hospital until he was moved into a patient room, only thirty minutes were expended, evincing the seamless coordination that links admissions, emergency room, and patient ward. As of 10 o’clock in the morning on April 3, the patient’s vital signs were stable. This case marks the official start of our cooperation with the Anhui Province public health system, and we are confident that our hospital’s clinical departments will take advantage of the opportunity and rigorously implement Quanjiao public health insurance government policy requirements to provide Quanjiao patients with high-quality, timely, and affordable health care services. In doing so, we can continue to increase our influence in the entire Quanjiao region, and ensure the hospital’s stable and rapid development.
