線上線下 探索新世界-BenQ顯示器核心經銷商會議

西南站
9月9日-13日,「線上線下 探索新世界-BenQ顯示器核心經銷商會議」分別在成都、重慶召開。會議邀請大量代理商及店面銷售人員,通過終端店面的「全淘第一」陳列,突出主推產品優勢。

山東站(一)
9月13日,山東地區二級會議的首站選在傳統管道銷售主力億維濟寧總店。此次共有12位店長及核心店員參與小型座談交流培訓會,會上互動積極,反響良好。

上海站
9月16日,上海召開邀請代理商、電商共計16家。會議分層講解EW2440L全淘銷售第一佳績背後的線上操作思路。

河南站
9月17日會議邀請了總代慧之城及鄭州和地市的核心經銷商共計50餘人參加,探討環節邀請銷售較好的核心店面分享經驗,並對各代理的疑問共同制定解決方案,互動十分積極。

福建站
9月18日,會議就「EW2440L線上取得全淘24寸銷量第一的好成績」為切入,讓線上線下實現雙贏共同發展的格局!

東北站
9月19日,「線上線下 探索新世界-BenQ顯示器東北核心經銷商會」在長春召開!會議現場對產品的3D顯示、極速1MS、暗部平衡等功能都進行了演示,對EW的賣點也進行了針對性培訓,讓合作夥伴對BenQ產品有了更透徹的瞭解。會議內容緊湊而豐富,展示了顯示器產品後續規劃,介紹了電競大聯盟的推廣,説明代理們理清了思路,對於未來東北區顯示器銷量的成長起到了引領作用。

華北站
9月22日,北京、天津、河北核心二級代理齊聚石家莊,EW2440L的銷售奇跡與蓬勃發展的BenQ電競大聯盟,讓線下店面的銷售更有信心。

華中站
EW2440L獲得全淘銷量第一的成績,9月24日-25日,華中業務區連續在長沙、武漢召集核心二級店面開辦兩場會議,與店面共同探討店面如何將線上成果發展為店面優勢。

杭州站
9月25日現場除了溝通EW2440L之外,同時還介紹了BenQ顯示器整體產品規劃,BenQ電競聯盟和電競新品風林火山。

山東站(二)
會議邀請了濟南新華強總代以及地市的核心經銷商約30人參加,繼濟寧億維會議培訓會之後,再一次跟濰坊、聊城等地市經銷商學些線下銷售優秀經驗,會後反響非常好。


"Explore a new world, online and off"—BenQ meetings for core monitor distributors

Xinan
From 9 to 13 September, BenQ-organized meetings for core monitor distributors took place in Chengdu, then Chongqing. A large number of representatives from BenQ resellers as well as front-line sales staff were invited to attend. By taking advantage of displays in retail outlets highlighting our status as the best-selling monitor brand on the Taobao online shopping site, we are able to compellingly spotlight the superiority of our targeted products.

Shandong (1)
On 13 September, the first meeting for distributors in the Shandong region took place in the main store of Eway in the city of Jining. Eway is the major force in the traditional channel for the region, and for this particular meeting, twelve store managers and key employees attended the intimate seminar and training session. Interaction among the attendees was lively, and feedback about the event was excellent.

Shanghai
On 16 September, representatives from 16 resellers and electronics retailers attended the meeting in Shanghai. The meeting featured a presentation on the thinking behind the online marketing campaign that has made the EW2240L the best-selling monitor on the Taobao e-commerce site.

Henan
On 17 September, more than 50 representatives of core distributors in the Henan region gathered to discuss the success stories shared by representatives of retailers that have achieved superior sales. In addition, we jointly formulated solutions to issues brought up by resellers, and interaction among participants was strong throughout.

Fujian
On 18 September, the starting point for discussion at the meeting in Fujian was the news that the EW2440L was the best-selling 24" monitor on the Taobao shopping website. The monitor's performance heralds a new phase in which sales in both online and brick-and-mortar retailers are strong.

Beijing
On 19 September, the Beijing event in the meeting series took place in Changchun. At the meeting venue, we demoed features such as 3D imaging, ultra-fast 1-millisecond response time, and Black eQualizer mode. The meeting also included training on individual EW selling points, giving participants an opportunity to become more thoroughly acquainted with BenQ products. The meeting itinerary was varied and full, including a presentation on the product roadmap for monitors, and introduction of our efforts to promote a new gaming league. The explanations helped clarify key concepts for resellers, and established a paradigm for growth of monitor sales in northwestern China.

Northern China
On 22 September, representatives from key BenQ resellers in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei gathered in the city of Shijiazhuang. The stellar sales of the EW2440L and vigorous development of BenQ's gaming league have given the operators of brick-and-mortar retailers even greater confidence.

Central China
In the wake of the EW2440L becoming the best-selling monitor on the Taobao online shopping site, BenQ organized two meetings for key retailers in central China's Changsha and Wuhan. We explored how these retailers could build on success in online sales to establish an advantage in brick-and-mortar stores.


Hangzhou
On 25 September, we discussed the EW2440L with attendees, and also discussed BenQ's overall product planning for the monitor line, as well as BenQ's gaming league and new gaming monitor.

Shandong (2)
We invited around 30 representatives from key distributors in the Shandong region to attend this meeting. After the training session that took place in the earlier meeting in Jining, for this meeting, other local distributors heard about success stores in brick-and-mortar retail, and their response afterward was extremely good.
