treVolo electrostatic speakers were featured in a jazz appreciation lecture held in late February at Taipei's 38°C music shop. Renowned local jazz performer Chipin Hsieh was the invited lecturer at the event, where he shared with attendees ten approaches for understanding jazz. treVolo's electrostatic technology helped illustrate his points, bringing out the subtle details of the jazz he played, helping attendees hear its improvisatory flow and the skill of the musicians, see the images evoked by the music. The addition of the bountiful knowledge imparted by Hsieh ensured that the event was a rewarding one for the attendees, and they responded enthusiastically.
