The ST550K is a smart signage display with 2K/4K UHD resolution and it is ideal for displaying movie publicity. Recently, BenQ supplied ST550K units for use at three of the most popular cinemas in Taiwan—the Ambassador at Taipei's Breeze Center, and the Shin Kong Cinemas in Taipei and Tainan. The ST550K includes a network connector, which World Screen magazine is taking advantage of to update on-screen content remotely. The smart signage is in continuous operation for more than 10 hours every day to coincide with business hours at the cinemas, as only professional-class displays can provide the best picture quality to consumers day in and day out.
