On 20 November, a summit of a business alliance of Internet cafes in the city of Jixi in China’s Heilongjiang Province took place in Jixi. The meeting was led by a network technology company whose service arm is focused mainly on upgrading the Internet cafe industry through measures such as promoting the establishment of Internet cafe chains, developing new Internet cafe business models, and improving the management of Internet cafe operations. In order to cultivate Jixi’s Internet cafe business, it is promoting the use of BenQ gaming monitor solutions. With the support of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture and the Jixi Bureau of Culture, the meeting drew more than 170 Jixi area Internet cafe owners.
